Chris Lagalante has been a New York City fixture behind the drums for more years than he cares to remember. Beginning as a teenager with Pee Wee Sweet and putting in his time with bands like The Consumers, Jam'-Mo' Stylin', Land Shark, You'll Get YOURS, Under Capricorn, Nefertiti Wine, The Sammy Bones Conspiracy and Stink Finger he started the new millennium with a resolution. It was time to record his own material. He called on old bandmates and his brother Jude to help him. It took a long while...many starts and stops...but it was well worth the wait.
'Songs That Made The Hit Parade', approaches life, love and all the classic themes with a fresh, self depreciating approach that is hysterical in one breath and heartbreaking in the next.
